A first companion meeting can feel a little exciting, and that is completely natural. Nerves are not a problem. Often they simply mean the situation is new and personal.

Good preparation begins with clear communication. When timing, duration, place, rates, wishes and boundaries have been agreed in advance, there is less uncertainty to bring into the meeting. The energy can then move toward the encounter itself.

Hygiene is an important part of respect. A shower, a fresh feeling, a clean environment and an unhurried schedule make the situation more pleasant for both people. Small things matter when the moment is close and private.

It is also useful to think about the atmosphere you are hoping for. Would you like to talk first, have a drink, go to dinner, relax, be met softly or allow the moment to unfold more intuitively? You do not need to know everything in advance, but a direction helps.

To me, a good first meeting is one where both people can breathe. It does not need to be a perfect performance. It is enough to arrive polite, fresh, clear and open to letting the moment build slowly.
